This is absolutely delicious . I use it for a fast, easy group starter – that looks exotic, sophisticated and very impressive .
add a couple of spoons of sauce to wok then add larger tiger prawns – thawed from frozen best – stir fry for a couple of mins, pile ’em onto a pyramid of mango wedges, drop chopped coriander from above and spritz with lime – 5 mins tops. yet to meet anyone not loved it!
