Bought this at the Abergavenny Food Festival yesterday and oh my days what a game changer. Absolutely delicious and so easy. Husband don’t like coconut milk so I used chicken stock. Huge hit.

While the paste is indeed flavourful, it lacks any real heat or spice. I used the pasta in a noodle soup based dish and found it lacked the depth of spice and intense flavour to carry it through the sweet taste of the coconut. Perhaps this is meant to be mild in flavour!

This is honestly the most amazing red curry mix that I’ve ever tried. It tastes authentic but is so easy to make. One of my favourite dishes to make, I love it!

Fantastic red curry sauce. Easy to use and doesn’t feel greasy like some others on the market. It’s mild enough for adventurous kids but is packed with flavour.

A wonderfully easy dish to make and so authentic. I have made it myself on numerous occasions but now don’t need to bother again since we discovered Nonya Secrets.

I have just ordered a couple more of the Red Thai curry jars after buying one at a Christmas market in Ascot a couple of weeks ago. Added coconut milk, prawns, red pepper and bamboo shoots and it was delicious! I have tried a LOT of red curries in my time and this is the winner. Have also bought a couple of other jars so will try those too and report back!

This is just fantastic and so easy. We add chicken, onion, potatoes and peas with a can of coconut milk and a jar of Red Curry Mix in a slow cooker in the morning and come home to a lovely, warming and great tasting meal. Highly recommended.

Thank you for introducing me to the easy way of cooking Malaysian food! My wife thinks I am now an amazing cook and it’s all thanks to you. Beef Rendang was a winner, 1 jar served 5 people comfortably and everybody thought the flavour was beautiful. I have also made the chicken red curry which is probably the easiest thing I have ever cooked. Having visited Malaysia before it’s nice to be able to cook authentic tasting food in my own kitchen!
