I tried making pork and beef satay by marinading thinly cut slices of meat with this sauce with added coriander and sugar, then cooking on the barbecue and serving with cucumber and slices and more sauce for dipping. Absolutely delicious! Brought back memories of the poolside snacks we used to have as children in Singapore.
