The traditional way to use the Panang Curry Mix is to slow cook beef in the mix. This would normally take a couple of hours. This quick and easy stir fry recreates the abundant flavours of a Panang beef curry in just a few minutes.

Ingredients

- 1 Tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1 Tablespoon of fish sauce
